QLD Poker Machine Tender #56 (Pubs) - Tender RESULTS

The Qld Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation has released (finally) the result of Tender #56 this morning via its website, being:

• $606,210 South East (Up from $485,302 - tender #55) – 24.91% increase
• $203,010 Coastal (Down from $203,662 - tender #55) – Slight decrease
• $        Nil Western (No Market - $100,950 - tender #55) 
  

NOTE – South East and Coastal regions continue to post all-time record prices since authorities started trading in July 2004.

South East (4/4 sold) and the Coastal (36/36) Regions both clearing their respective pools. No supply in the Western Region. 

As expected, the reduction in supply has led to an all mighty increase in the South East whilst Coastal maintained its value.
