The 2022 listing shows revenue jumped by 14.5% across Australia’s 100 biggest accounting firms as clients grappling with the pandemic and economic downturn sought tax, compliance and refinancing advice.
Revenue at mid-tier firms had a respectable revenue growth of 9.1 per cent to take their turnover to a combined $2.39 billion while firms worth between $10 million and $25 million grew by a similar amount, according to the Australian Financial Review Top 100 accounting firms list for 2022.
