Experience

Alana commenced working with Prosperity from 2013 to 2016, then re-joined the firm on her return to Newcastle in 2018.  Alana has over 12 years’ experience specialising in full function payroll, customer service and client relationship management. This experience spans various industries, including recruitment, financial services, not-for-profit and hospitality.  Alana leads the outsourced payroll team, providing support to her clients on all aspects of payroll including end-to-end processing, modern award and EA interpretation, legislative compliance, process improvement, client onboarding and software implementation. Her team offers high level customer service and a flexible approach, tailoring payroll services to meet individual client needs.
