Experience
Ngan is an experienced SMSF specialist with over 10 years’ experience in superannuation accounting, compliance, and tax reporting for self-managed super funds.
She has worked across Australian-based and offshore teams, managing end-to-end SMSF workflows including financial reports, annual returns, BAS, contribution and pension management, and regulatory documentation. Her experience includes liaising with auditors, financial planners, actuaries and the ATO to resolve compliance and technical issues.
In her current role, Ngan manages a portfolio of SMSF clients, supervises junior staff, and oversees lodgement deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and regulatory integrity.
Ngan is recognised for her strong technical capability, attention to detail and ability to improve processes through smart workflow management and data automation.
